Helping people to communicate engaging stories that imprint on the deeper mind to transform lives and grow businesses is what I enjoy . I uncover and sell to CEO’s and teams the best version of themselves then help them structure and sell their vision to colleagues, stakeholders or to their chosen market.
I’m a storyteller with a uniquely broad skillset… strategy, behavioural modelling, growth mindset, innovation culture, sustainability, mental and physical health for peak performance, marketing, publishing, video, web, social media, pr, advertising, architecture and industrial design. I am driven by a life of adventure in health transformation, innovation, communication, and in helping people discover the source of that voice within that hints that there just might be more!
From a farming upbringing, I qualified with a degree in Industrial Design Engineering to set up my own business straight out of college. With great clients along my journey, mutual trust presented a pipeline of opportunity to expand my role. I dedicated myself to continuous upskilling in graphics, web, architecture, interior design, furniture design, marketing, video and publishing, winning many industry awards.
Next, I began looking for ways to improve client’s personal wellbeing and pursued study in mental, physical and spiritual health. I opened a gym and health clinic and, later a restaurant striving to help a whole community eliminate the common health challenges. I returned to college for a Masters in Strategy and Innovation and again later to study Permaculture, Sustainability and Regenerative Farming. I am curious about accessing the power of our unconscious minds and today behavioural modelling, mind upskilling and helping people power-up for the success that they desire is my core strength.

The venue became a local landmark, ‘the’ meeting place for a whole community. With this unique people-centred business model and with no advertising, the rapid growth has been noteworthy within the industry, especially in a small village community. My gym was not a public one, but rather appointment-based where clients came on recommendation from either happy past clients of from medical doctors who themselves had received great support and benefit from completing our programmes.
One group of clients were typically sportspeople looking for peak performance to deliver winning results. Our cutting-edge nutrition and exercise programmes were superb and ahead of their time. The other group were business people who perhaps had health and wellbeing issues as well as wanting to get into shape and regain their zest for life. With our small team of three, we achieved truly groundbreaking results.
With seven years of continuous research and hundreds of live illness treatment and prevention case studies, this today offers a great depth of knowledge to support our work with elite athletes.
CORPORATE OLYMPIAN MARKETING AND DESIGN AGENCY
DOUGLAS, CORK - 10 YEAR PROJECT
I qualified with a degree in Industrial Design Engineering, the closest thing i could find to being an inventor, my passion since I was a young boy. Straight out of college I completed a ‘Start Your Own Business’ programme then set up my own marketing and design consultancy. Industrial (product) design work was scarce in Ireland back then so
I self-trained as a graphic designer to secure some additional work. I then won the top award in Ireland in this field for two consecutive years. I continued self-training in magazine publishing, marketing, PR, advertising, web development, film-making and architecture, gaining the highest competency accolades in all these areas.
While these ten years in marketing and design thought me how to effectively communicate a corporate message, today my work with business leaders and elite sportspeople more involves preparing for a direct relationship between a single person and world market. Here there is no buffer of a PR company, marketing or advertising agency, simply you personally, direct via Twitter, Facebook or Snapchat to your audience. Here the unprepared and fakers get caught out.
While still powered by the mainstream marketeer’s skillset my passion in marketing today is to enable people live and speak their truth and brand/message without divide, to guide them in authenticity, passion and conviction – to create a tangible personal connection with their desired audience, one that develops a sustainable engagement.
